Our All-Star Team
Meet the talented team leads who keep the wheels of MUNFSAE turning literally and figuratively.

Evan Roche
Team Lead / Student Chair

"As one of the founders of this student design team, the reason I wanted to create this team is because of my interest in electric vehicles. I saw this team as an opportunity to get the university involved in the EV industry. I also saw this as an opportunity to get other students interested and aid in the development of their careers along a path of sustainable technologies!"

Bugsy Beaver
Co-Team Lead

"I joined MUNFSAE with the aim of providing myself and fellow team members a chance to enhance engineering skills, foster teamwork, and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment."

Jordan Careen
Aerodynamics Lead
"I joined MUNFSAE because I believe cars are awesome, but building one is even cooler! Being part of this team is thrilling and allows me to explore my passion with those who share it."

Nathan Flynn
Braking Lead
"I joined FSAE to gain exposure to electric vehicles and the principles behind renewable energy applications. Growing up I have always been very interested in cars, owning many toy cars and RC cars which I took apart and rebuilt with my dad. FSAE gives me the opportunity to continue enjoying my love for cars, while leading others and learning new skills along the way. Lastly, having the chance to build a formula racing car alongside your friends is an incredible experience and I am excited to see where it goes"

Matthew Rogers
Steering and Suspension Lead
"I joined MUNFSAE for the opportunity to expand my engineering expertise beyond traditional work terms and immerse myself in practical experiences. Additionally, the team provides a platform to improve my leadership skills, allowing me to grow and excel in a collaborative environment."

Christian Dawe
Sponsorship / Business Co-Lead
"I have been wanting to join a student design team for some time and when I heard about MUNFSAE I jumped on the opportunity. Having experience in sponsorship roles in the past the position was a great fit and I am excited to apply what I learn in the classroom to the real world."
